I've been working at eWave for 4,5 years. This company gave me a huge technical growth. I also improved my soft skills like communication, management, leadership and commitment. I was hired as a Junior BE Deveilop. When I got a chance to reveal my best qualities, everyone in the company was willing to help me to achieve my goals. Now I am a BE Team Lead, and working on growing up new talents and leaders in our sphere.
